Our Work
Our work is focused in four key areas:
Capacity Building
Organizing
Education
Engagement

Activate Your Inner Citizen
Civic leadership training for Baltimore residents to learn leadership skills including grantwriting, volunteer management, budgeting, writing newsletters, and more.

Tenant Education Program
A free program focused on marginalized populations
in order to teach them the entire rental process from beginning to end. The Tenant Education Program is an effective and proven way to combat housing instability.

Sunday Supper
This educational initiative includes 6 webinars or events annually on a specific topic.

Inclusionary Housing Coalition
CPHA, an inclusionary housing coalition member, is one of 19 Baltimore City-based nonprofits fighting for inclusionary housing, particularly to pass CCB 22-0195. See the op-ed co-published by CPHA or our blog for more information.

Internship Program
CPHA has two types of internships: Community Engagement (CE) and Neighborhood Liaison (NL) Programs. CE interns work on CPHA-based projects while the NL is placed with a community organization.
