Civic leadership training for Baltimore residents to learn leadership skills including organizing, community engagement, budgeting, social media, and more.
Tenant Education Program
A free program focused on marginalized populations
in order to teach them the entire rental process from beginning to end. The Tenant Education Program (TEP) is an effective and proven way to combat housing instability.
Community Brunches
This educational initiative includes 6 webinars or events annually on a specific topic.
Inclusionary Housing Coalition
CPHA, an inclusionary housing coalition member, is one of 21 Baltimore City-based nonprofits fighting for inclusionary housing, particularly to pass CCB 22-0195. See the op-ed co-published by IHC and our blog for more information.
Internship Program
CPHA's Community Engagement (CE) Internship work on CPHA-based & or community projects which impact place-based and communities of interest in Baltimore and beyond.
