Our work is focused in four key areas:
Activate Your Community Conference (AYCC)

Tenant Education Program

in order to teach them the entire rental process from beginning to end. The Tenant Education Program (TEP) is an effective and proven way to combat housing instability.
This educational initiative includes 6 webinars or events annually on a specific topic.
CPHA's Community Engagement (CE) Internship work on CPHA-based & or community projects which impact place-based and communities of interest in Baltimore and beyond.
